Introduction 
Electrophoretic coating is a special film forming method, which is suitable for electrodeposition coating.It is a coating method in which a coating substance with electrical conductivity is impregnated in an electrophoretic paint tank diluted with pure water and with a lower solid content as the positive (or negative) electrode, and the corresponding negative (or negative) electrode is set in the tank, and electrify these two electrodes direct current for a certain period of time to separate a uniform, water-insoluble coating film on the surface of the coated substance.
